Apricot Preserves

A friend gave me bags full of apricots from their tree and my sister and I made apricot preserves this afternoon. So easy to make and jar, cannot wait to enjoy!

Fathers Day June 15, 2014

good morning readers,

one week and we will celebrate Father's Day. I want to make it really fun and special this year because typically we do the same thing;

BBQ and some cool gifts for Dad.

He is easy to shop for;
-anything to do with music
-incense and candles
-shirt and tie
-cologne (he likes Euphoria by Calvin Klein)
-coffee and dark chocolates
-a shopping spree in the local surf shop

although I have not done any shopping and need to get it together this week...

A good week for freebies

Here is what I got free in the mail this past week;

the bottom right is a mommy bliss lavendar body wash and spray that smells great and leaves skin feeling very smooth from moms meet.

there was a fun pack from florida oj photo submission that included a tote bag, beach towel, water bottle, lip balm and a pen.

love getting razors and hair products too!
